30-Day Radiator Return Policy
RadiatorNow.com offers a 30-day return policy on all eligible radiators and auto parts. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to the original purchaser.
All returned radiators must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging and components. Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
We do not cover labor costs, installation expenses, towing, rental vehicles, or additional repair costs related to incorrect or defective parts.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Radiator Orders
If your radiator arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@radiatornow.com.
Be sure to inspect all shipments upon delivery. Claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be submitted within 30 days. We are not responsible for issues reported after this period.
For lost or stolen shipments, customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
How to Return a Radiator
To start a return, email us at hello@radiatornow.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Part number
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. All returned radiators must be securely packaged to prevent shipping damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
Radiator Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after the returned radiator is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled if:
- The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.
