Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Many products sold on RadiatorNow.com are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In these cases, the manufacturer’s warranty is the primary and exclusive coverage for defects or product failure. Customers should refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for full warranty details, including any required product registration.
RadiatorNow does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer for these products, except where required by law.
RadiatorNow Limited Warranty (1-Year Coverage)
For products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, RadiatorNow provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement part. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Warranty Conditions
- The product must be used under normal operating conditions
- Proper installation is required
- The product must not be modified, misused, or damaged by external factors
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or environmental conditions
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Damage caused by other faulty vehicle components
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@radiatornow.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return and replacement processing. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for approved warranty claims.
General Warranty Limitations
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Liability is limited to the original purchase price
- Labor, towing, rental vehicles, and other incidental costs are not covered
- RadiatorNow is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once in transit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadiatorNow disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow such limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
